Profoundry is seeking a Financial Analyst focused on accounting and financial reporting for Delphi, GLOBE Series, CBSR and Leading Change. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for month and year-end accounting activities as well as preparing financial reports for internal senior and executive management review. The incumbent will work closely with a small team of Finance professionals and work collaboratively with business leaders across Profoundry in fulfilling their role.

The Financial Analyst will ideally be working towards their CPA designation and will have accounting and financial knowledge / experience, great attention to detail, and superior communication skills.

This is a full-time, permanent job reporting to the Finance Manager, based in Ottawa, Canada.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Financial Reporting**
- Prepare complex balance sheet account reconciliations including those for intercompany accounts
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly journal entries, including those related to capital assets, intercompany allocations, among others
- Ensure a timely monthly close cycle
- Prepare monthly financial reports for distribution to executives
- Prepare year-end working papers for external accountants for annual audit / review engagements

**Cash Flow Management**
- Prepare weekly cash flow updates
