Dental Treatment Coordinator

**HealthOne Medical & Wellness**, conveniently located a short distance from the North York Centre Subway Station, is currently seeking a full-time **Dental Treatment Coordinator **to provide high-quality patient care to our growing community
**Responsibilities**
- Present treatment and financial payment plans given treatment options presented by Dentist
- Educate patients while answering questions, and addressing uncertainties regarding payment and treatment options
- Effectively communicate pros and cons of recommended treatment
- Update client information on internal database and handle all benefit-related forms and submissions
- Build strong relationships with patients to ensure trust and loyalty
- Support the team goals to achieve client acquisition and new patient enrollment targets
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and courteously, modelling top service, empathy, and care standards at all times.
- Adhere to clinic policies and best practices to deliver outstanding service to all clients (i.e. complete all paperwork, client forms, client correspondence, etc.) in an accurate and timely fashion

**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of dental administration experience in a similar environment
- Experience using Tracker system
- Strong client service skills, solid work ethic, impeccable organizational skills and an ability to manage competing priorities effectively while remaining efficient in your delivery
- Self starter, motivated by goals, and eager to wear multiple hats to be able to grow with us
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using a CRM
- Ability to work some weekends and evenings when required based on business needs
**Nice-to-Haves**
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Proven track record of achieving/surpassing goals
