**Customer Service Expert (CSE)**

**What you will do**:

- Assess applicant credentials, education and experience to determine eligibility for registration.
- Enter and update applicant and registrant data in our in-house database.
- Receive and review documents and upload them to our registrant management system.
- Collaborate with the information management team for records and retention.
- Monitor and report on developing trends within the customer service scope.

**What you possess**:

- Post-secondary education in business, administration or related field
- Minimum two years experience in a professional office environment
- Minimum two years customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to produce accurate and precise work within tight timelines
- Attention to detail
- Ability to recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and in a project team

**What we offer**:

- A temporary full-time employment opportunity starting in January 2024 through to January 2025
- A competitive salary starting at $57,418
- Extended health and dental benefits package, including several resources to support mental health and financial wellness
- Work environment is remote/hybrid
- 7.25 hours per day from Monday through Friday
- Earned vacation days at a monthly rate that equates to 15 days per year to start
