Calgary, Canada Latitude 55 Distillery Full time

Latitude 55 Distillery, a leading Alberta craft spirits producer, is currently looking for an experienced and vibrant **Account Representative** to join their amazing team in Calgary on a full-time, permanent basis. The working hours are from 9:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday (with occasional weekend requirements). This position offers a competitive base pay, monthly commission, and car allowance, as well as a complete benefits package that includes health coverage. **Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Working with current clients to properly assess their needs and recommend options to increase visibility and sales of Latitude 55 products.
- Making outbound calls to liquor establishments to promote the full range of the company's goods and services.
- Establishing and strengthening client relationships by sales visits to existing customers.
- Tracking pricing and product modifications, and submitting orders through our sales system.
- Engaging with clients, offering solutions, and closing sales.
- Working closely with Operations to ensure orders are met and fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Regularly attending training sessions to stay current on market developments and the introduction of new product offerings.
- Attending weekly team calls.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience is required
- Previous spirit or beer sales experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in verbal and in written communication
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- A proven track record in closing sales and meeting sales targets
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high performance level
- Adaptable and detail-oriented
- Ability to navigate MS Office programs
- Adaptable and professional demeanor

Starting wage is based on experience.

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
