**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

**Duties**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
- Provide ongoing account management to ensure client success and identify upselling opportunities.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing sales activities is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections in the sales process.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
