Conveyancer for Real Estate Office

We are a growing real estate company looking for a Conveyancer, who is eager to learn and motivated.

*Minimum 1 year experience
*Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
*Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
*Ability to manage sensitive, complex and confidential information
*Matured, reliable and detailed oriented
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google documents, Adobe Acrobat
*Quick learner and team player
- Familiar with Lone wolf

**The new employee is expected to do bookkeeping, organizing deals, receive trust funds, assist in processing of deals, agent payouts, run bank errands, file and scan documents.**

**Responsibilities**:
*Receiving, sort and distributing daily mail and deliveries
- Arrange for term deposits, as needed
- Input transaction/listing information as required, working in Lone Wolf
- Process sales information, completion letters, and other conveyance correspondence
*Generate conveyance instruction reports, etc. and send notification letters to lawyers prior to completion
- Send notification letters to solicitors, brokers, etc.
- Handle inquiries pertaining to sales transactions from brokers, realtors, solicitors, etc.
- Process project sales, pre-sales, review the accuracy of commission calculations
- Report firm listings to the Board in a timely manner
- File and scan documents for archive purposes
- Process deal completion and payouts for realtors
- Other administrative or conveyance duties as needed
