**About the Role**:
We're seeking a detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for using technology to streamline client experiences. As a Data and Document Solution Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our mission to optimize efficiency in our clients' business operations. Your expertise in front-end development (HTML, CSS) will allow you to create visually appealing and functional documents that seamlessly integrate with client data within our platform.

**Essential Functions**:

- Design and develop user-friendly document templates primarily using HTML and CSS.
- Build a library of reusable document components and templates, promoting efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve document formatting, display, and data-related issues.
- Participate in client-facing onboarding and training sessions around document customization and Data Migration processes.
- Assist with resolving client inquiries through ticketing systems.
- Provide technical support throughout the data migration process to ensure efficiency and smooth execution.
- Prepare an inventory of data for migration, determining the necessary time and effort for completion.
- Establish testing procedures to ensure migrated data accuracy and consistency with client specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced proficiency and experience in HTML and inline CSS.
- Experience with Python.
- Basic understanding of data structures and formats (JSON, XML).
- Strong problem-solving skills and innovative solution-provider.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to translate design concepts into functional code.
- Intermediate level knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets - VLookup, SUMIFS, etc.
- Problem-solving and debugging mindset.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable explaining data to non-technical users.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills:

- Experience with JavaScript.
- Familiarity with document templating engines.
- Understanding of back-end concepts, databases, and data tools.
- Experience in the SaaS, fintech, or mortgage industry.
- Experience in a client-facing role, with strong communication skills.
- A background in Accounting or Bookkeeping is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
