As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an **Office Manager**.
**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team and staff members, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Coordinate office activities and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
**Office Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as employee onboarding, record-keeping, and organizing company events.
**Communication and Coordination**:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and distribute timely follow-up actions.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
**Special Projects**:
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs.
- Conduct research, collect data, and prepare reports as required.
- Contribute to process improvements and streamlining of administrative procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office manager.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite) and other relevant tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with the education or technology industry is a plus.
