**Job description**:
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking highly skilled L2/L3 Rope Access Technicians to join our team for a project at West Edmonton Mall (~8-9 month duration). As a rope access technician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at heights using rope access techniques. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work in challenging environments.

**Duties**:

- Corrosion survey, structural work in waterpark
- Perform inspections, maintenance and repairs on structures and equipment at heights using rope access techniques, project-based
- Conduct rigging and rope systems for safe access and egress
- Utilize hand tools, power tools and heavy equipment to complete assigned tasks
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in rope access techniques and equipment
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
- Ability to operate heavy equipment as required
- Welding skills for repairs and fabrication
- Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of rigging techniques for safe access and egress
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is an asset

**Qualifications**:

- Inspection experience is an asset
- Current IRATA L2/L3 Certification (required)
- Recent and extensive rope access experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Pay**: From $45.00 per hour

**Schedule**:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Supplemental pay types**:

- Overtime pay

**Licence/Certification**:

- IRATA L2/L3 Certification (required)

**Work Location**: In person
