Network Analyst to support in the planning, implementation and support of the F5 Web Access Firewalls (WAF) ( 441)

This role is a hybrid model in Calgary or Edmonton with in-office work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, and remote work on Thursdays and Fridays.

Required Experience:

8+ years as a

Network Analyst

specializing in zero trust principles designing and implementing network solutions including: 8+ years migrating, upgrading and optimizing

F5 BIG-IP BIG IP DNS, iRule

development. 8+ years working with

Cisco

layer 1-3 technologies, including the planning, design, and implementation, of an intermediate to large scale network infrastructure 8+ years with traffic management, troubleshooting application delivery issues, and optimizing load balancing for high availability and performance. 8+ years with designing and implementing network concepts, routing and switching and firewall security policy management. 8+ years knowledge of TCP/IP, IP routing, LAN and WAN protocols, HTTP/S understanding as it pertains to packet inspection and TCP flow in the Network and Application flows. 8+ years L2-L3 troubleshooting skills including ability to analyze TCP dumps and should have good understanding of basic networking concepts. F5 Certification Additional skills:

5+ years' experience preparing and presenting comprehensive information to technical teams, management and proponents. Including but not limited to contributing to assessment notes, geospatial maps, Logical Network Design diagrams, presentations, etc. Ability to assess the impact of technology changes and communicate this to multiple teams/departments, senior SA management, and other impacted stakeholders. 5+ years providing customer service technical troubleshooting and problem resolution 5+ years with

IPV6 , including the planning, design, and implementation, in an intermediate to large scale networks infrastructure. 5+ years networking aspects of Microsoft Windows desktop, servers, and nix-based servers. 5+ years' experience with

long range wireless

network

infrastructure 3+ years working in public sector
