- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing clients, processing payments, and reconciling bank statements
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and generate reports
- Assist with HR functions such as employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating employee benefits
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations
- Support the executive team with various administrative tasks as needed

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience with bank reconciliation, account analysis, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
