**Position Details**:
Title: Full-Time Administrator

Hours: 35-40 Hours per week

Rate of Pay: $19.00-$20.00/hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly Greet and Assist Patients: You will be the first point of contact for patients visiting our clinic. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations. Work with practitioners to optimize scheduling and minimize wait times.
- Patient Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring all information is updated and organized properly in our electronic health records system.
- Billing and Payments: Handle patient payments, direct insurance billing, and assist with billing-related inquiries.
- Maintain Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Support Clinic Operations: Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations and support other administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential for this role. Fluency in English is required.
- Customer Service Oriented: A friendly and patient-centric attitude is a must. Previous experience in customer service or a healthcare setting is advantageous.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail is crucial in this role.
- Proficient with Technology: Comfortable using computer systems, electronic health records (EHR), and basic office software.
- Professionalism: Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality when dealing with patients and their sensitive information.
- Eligibility to Work: Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Experience with Direct Insurance Billing is an asset *_
