As an HR Systems Analyst you will
- Assists end users and HR Business Partners with inquiries investigating and troubleshooting data and business process errors
- Partners with stakeholders to understand pain points, prioritize requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiency by leveraging Workday or Kronos functionality.
- Defines system requirements, researches capabilities, performs configuration and testing prior to implementation of system changes
- Works closely with other teams supporting HR Systems within the HR and Technology families collaborating on system design, development, and testing
- Supports end user training by creating and updating Job Aids and assisting in the delivery of facilitated training and demonstrations

The experience we need
- 3-4 years Payroll or HR experience
- Min 3 years HRIS experience in a systems admin or analyst role supporting Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle or SAP
- Knowledge and experience with one Workday product area, preferably HCM, and familiarity or training in a secondary product area
- Configuration expertise in multiple Workday product areas, strong understanding of Workday cross-functional touchpoints
- Deep understanding of HRIS security, calculated fields, custom reports
- Strong analytical skills, strong attention to detail
- Problem solving, critical thinking, ability to define problems and recommend solutions
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Strong computer skills including MS Excel, hands on experience with HRIS configuration, specifically Workday
- Retail experience is an asset
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology or HR

Base pay range

Annual salary: $83,980.00 - $88,400.00
