**Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- Greet & engage customers in your department.
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Assist with product filling as required (i.e. promotional items).
- Maintaining cleanliness of department.
- Manage all out-of-stock tags.
- Perform aisle maintenance throughout the day i.e. facing products.
- Strive to make customers for life.
- Help plan and execute seasonal changeover.
- Help build and manage department schedule.
- Maintain the course of the day-to-day activities of the department as set by the Lower Level Retail Floor Manager.
