**Working at Fanshawe College**Note**:This is a full-time Support position (35 hours per week).- The Front Line Facilitator is responsible for maintaining the waiting room and front desk area, the mail/file/supply room, as well as the photocopier/fax machine, and the Quiet and Wellness rooms. The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring that adequate supplies are available to all staff in the department and updating and maintaining client files (including filing, scanning, etc.). The incumbent is comfortable assisting students/community clients with disabilities, including mental health issues, as well as individuals with are distraught/escalated.**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary 2-year diploma in Office Administration, Human Services or related program
- Equivalent related disciplines may be considered
- Minimum 3 years’ successful customer service experience working in an office and assisting students and clients with diverse issues
- Beneficial to have experience dealing with clients with disabilities and mental health issues in a post-secondary educational setting
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
