**En quoi consiste le rôle ?**

À ce titre, vous contribuerez à l’exécution des priorités opérationnelles stratégiques d’Exploitation, Services bancaires canadiens en dirigeant et soutenant une équipe de conseillers en crédit commercial dans ses activités de renouvellement et d’approbation de crédit. Spécialisée dans le segment des professionnels de la santé et de l’agriculture, votre équipe soutiendra les directeurs de comptes commerciaux en ce qui a trait aux renouvellements de crédit, aux augmentations, au renouvellement, à l’examen et à l’établissement de la cote de risque de l’emprunteur (CRE) du client, et au risque de crédit. Au moyen d’activités efficaces d’accompagnement, de leadership et de gestion du talent, vous favoriserez la productivité et l’efficience de l’équipe.

**Quelles seront vos tâches ?**
- Diriger et accompagner une équipe de conseillers en crédit commercial** en ce qui concerne l’analyse et la structure du crédit **afin d’améliorer la qualité du crédit et l’expérience client.
- Supporter les directeurs de comptes commerciaux dans le cadre du processus de crédit.
- Assurer une saine gestion du risque, de même que l’efficience et l’harmonisation des processus, en ce qui a trait aux renouvellements de crédit et aux décisions de crédit des subordonnés directs.
- Superviser les activités de renouvellement de crédit, y compris les augmentations, l’établissement et la révision des cotes de risque (CRE) des clients, et le caractère adéquat des structures de crédit.
- Rendre des décisions conformes au pouvoir d’approbation confirmé en faisant preuve de jugement et en visant l’équilibre entre la croissance et la qualité du portefeuille.
- Mener des activités d’accompagnement pour améliorer le rendement et l’expérience client et veiller à ce que les ententes de partenariat interservices soient respectées.
- Collaborer efficacement pour résoudre les recours hiérarchiques, en assurant un équilibre entre l’atténuation des risques de crédit et l’expérience client.

**Compétences essentielles**
- Connaissance approfondie des directives et politiques en matière de prêts commerciaux
- Solide connaissance de l’analyse et de l’octroi de crédit aux entreprises
- Solides aptitudes pour la communication orale et écrite et pour la présentation d’exposés
- Aptitude pour l'établissement de partenariats efficaces avec les parties prenantes concernées
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, devra communiquer avec des équipes dans l’ensemble du Canada

**Compétences souhaitées**
- Expérience en gestion de personnel
- Expérience préalable en tant que directeur de comptes de petite entreprise ou de comptes commerciaux, spécialisation en crédit commercial
- Expérience du crédit aux professionnels de la santé et dans le secteur agricole
- Connaissance de SYNERGY, de NEWTON et de MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
