Commercial loan processing expertise needed

Lead the team responsible for underwriting and loan administration processes in your lending area with a focus on our commercial and corporate relationship management process.

**What you’ll do**:

- Coach the team in handling complex accounts and credit submissions
- Recommend process improvements and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Manage budgets, monitor sales and assist with strategic and resource planning
- Help the sales team execute the relationship management process
- Mentor the team to help identify employee development requirements, establish individual development plans, set goals and evaluate performance

- Proven leader and mentor who builds effective partnerships and relationships
- Strong communicator with sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Solution-focused approach and a drive to succeed

**What you’ll need**:

- A degree or diploma in business administration and at least four years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- An understanding of value-added business related to agribusinesses and the agri-food industry
