**SWATCH - Retail Marketing and Visual Merchandising Coordinator**

The primary responsibility of the Retail Marketing and Visual Merchandising Coordinator is to effectively adapt and implement visual merchandising guidelines received from Swatch HQ for the Canadian retail market. The Retail Marketing and Visual Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for securing and maintaining a qualitative overview of all Points of Sales in the Canadian market, assuring the best shopping experience for Swatch customers.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Receive VM HQ Guidelines; act as the primary point of contact for Swatch Canada

Visual Merchandising
- Review and propose VM elements that may require adaptation for Canadian context
- Develop Graphical and 3D Solutions, in coordination with HQ, for local production
- Coordinate implementation of VM material on all POS in Canada
- Creative proposals for Windows
- Overview and secure a constant presentation level at all POS in Canada
- Exhibition set-up for meetings and events (project development, organization, coordination, decoration on site, etc...)
- Follow up of projects including budget and timing control
- Oversee VM order management (visuals, furniture, materials, etc )
- Coordinate all activations for new store openings
- Manage all retail activations and promotions
- VM implementation and follow up

You have competencies in photo editing, high-resolution and vector file production, and are able to create clear and illustrative presentations for suppliers, clients and management. In addition, you are also able to make handmade sketches, both 2D as well as perspectives, to effectively communicate visual ideas and concepts.

**Qualifications, experience, skills required for the position**:
We are looking for a highly flexible, committed and proactive team player with creative and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication skill.
- Degree in a creative field (visual merchandising, interior design or related)
- Good knowledge and experience in visual communication
- In tune with current fashion, art and design trends
- Ability to coordinate with various internal and external partners
- Ability to lead a project from start to realization
- Capable of working in a fast moving, dynamic environment
- Able to take initiative and willing to be “hands-on”: can paint a wall, place graphics on windows, fix a lamp.
- Good social skills to relate to members of diverse teams as well as store staff.

**Languages**: Bilingual English & French. Every other language is a great asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
