**About the job**:
As part of the Retail Marketing team, you will join a team of retail specialists, creatives, experience designers, producers, product marketers, go-to-market strategists and brand managers whose mission it is to fundamentally change how people shop. Guiding your team's search for how to bring innovation and fresh thinking to retail environments is the question: "What if Google was a place?". You may be responsible for managing retail executions, both online and offline, for Google products such as Pixel, Google Home, Google wearables and more. Regularly, you provide guidance to retail partners on how to best bring Google ecosystems to life in retail environments.

As the Retail Marketing Associate, you will coordinate and execute all partner co-marketing programs at telecommunication carriers. In this partner-facing role, you will assist in product launches, seasonal campaigns, and more across our portfolio of devices (Pixel Phones, Watches, Earbuds and more). In addition, you will support our team with quarterly planning, budget management, and cross-functional approvals, helping the team adhere to process and streamlining the way we work.

You will be responsible for executing retail marketing plans to grow the channel and elevate the Google Pixel brand through in-store merchandising, demos, and innovative channel marketing. You will be working closely with various cross-functional teams both internally and externally (ie. sales, operations, as well as creative and production agencies).

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate co-marketing planning for all product launches with carriers, including briefing documents, work-back schedules, and running status meetings.
- Be the account coordinator on your key accounts, managing day to day partnership workflow and continually improving partner collaboration. Resolve requests, such as partner marketing asset approvals or trouble shooting logístical delays.
- Contribute to retail marketing asset development and deployment, including production briefing, creative reviews and asset deployment to partners.
- Support and coordinate logistics for product launch execution, including physical retail assets such as demo units and training material for sales representatives.
- Coordinate budget activities such as opening purchase orders and updating budget trackers.
