**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Social Media Strategies**: Craft and implement innovative social media strategies focused on increasing brand visibility and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- **Content Creation and Curation**: Produce and curate engaging content tailored to each social platform, designed to resonate with our audience and encourage interaction, sharing, and purchasing.
- **Audience Engagement**: Actively engage with followers by initiating conversations, responding to comments, and participating in relevant online communities to build a loyal fan base.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Utilize social media analytics tools to track engagement metrics, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies for improved follower interaction and conversion rates.
- **Paid Social Media Campaigns**: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to target potential customers, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
- **Visual Content Development**: Able to create compelling visual content that attracts and retains audience attention, leading to higher engagement rates.
- **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**: Coordinate with marketing and sales to ensure brand messaging consistency and to develop integrated campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- **Trend Monitoring and Adaptation**: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and consumer behaviors, adapting our content and strategies to maintain relevance and engagement.
- **Brand Voice and Messaging**: Ensure all social media communications align with our brand voice and messaging, strengthening brand identity and trust.
- **Community Building**: Foster a strong online community around our brand, encouraging user-generated content, testimonials, and referrals.
- **Innovative Engagement Techniques**: Experiment with new and creative ways to engage audiences, such as interactive posts, contests, live streams, and Q&A sessions.
- **Influencer Collaborations**: Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors to expand our reach and credibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms with a focus on engagement and conversion.
- Strong creative content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and basic video editing.
- In-depth knowledge of social media analytics and advertising platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective audience engagement.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a knack for identifying emerging trends.
- Experience in influencer marketing and community management is a plus.

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENT**:
**Effective November 15, 2021, all Jack Nathan Function Health employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Full vaccination occurs 14 days following the second dose of a Health Canada approved vaccine.**
