**Hours**: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, Year-Round (8 AM - 5 PM)

We are a rapidly expanding distributor of automotive and architectural vinyl wraps and supplies, based in the Greater Toronto Area. With 14 online stores, we serve a global customer base, handling a high volume of sales daily. Our commitment to excellence ensures that our customers receive nothing less than perfection.
**The Opportunity**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Punctuality, reliability, and courteousness towards customers, colleagues, and superiors.
- Developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy.
- Defining the most important social media KPIs.
- Managing and overseeing social media content.
- Measuring the success of every social media campaign.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Working with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
- Monitoring SEO and user engagement and suggesting content optimization.
- Communicating with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Providing constructive feedback and sharing ideas to enhance social media presence and engagement.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solver.
- Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

- Starting at $24/hour, with potential increases up to $32/hour
- 45 hours per week minimum, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for additional hours
**Remote Work**: Not available
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
