Northern Spruce Media Inc. is a full-service media company specializing in real estate photography, video, and iGuide 3D virtual tours. We are rapidly expanding into creative content creation.

**Job Type**: Contract (with potential for full-time based on performance)

**Hourly Rate**: $25-30 per hour depending on experience and knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Capture high-quality videos in both vertical and horizontal formats.
- Edit and enhance video content using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and visually appealing video projects.
- Demonstrate proficiency in HDR photography techniques.
- Utilize a full-frame camera to capture stunning and high-resolution images.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workflow for photo editing and retouching.
- Operate a drone with a basic license to capture aerial footage.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines for drone usage.
- It must Possess and effectively use a full-frame camera for various shooting scenarios.
- Familiarity with a 16-35mm lens for diverse photography needs.

**Contract Details**:

- The position is initially on a contract basis, with the potential for a full-time role based on demonstrated skillset and work ethic.
