The Video & Photo Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the retail and video sales booths in the absence of the supervisor. They are responsible to oversees daily operations, ensuring all cameras and hardware are well kept and functioning properly. This is a working position, which includes supervising and leading staff of the Sales and Merchandise department during shifts.
- Assisting the Sales Associates team to meet and exceed goals
- Learning the photo and video system and troubleshoot when required
- Maintaining general organization, cleanliness, and stocking of the merchandise booth
- Shadowing Sales Associates and assist with their training process
- Executing any additional tasks in order to meet guest service and park related objectives

**Qualifications/Skills**
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion in the workplace
- Experience working on a sales floor or in a retail related position
- Experience in a supervisor or manager role is an asset
- Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot various computing systems
- Confident and able to keep staff motivated
- Strong leadership presence in the workplace
- Ability to consistently achieve high standards of work in all aspects of the role
- Good judgment and strong decision-making skills
- Ability to act independently and as a team player
- Strong time and priority management
- Openness and a positive attitude to feedback

- Physical demands include standing, sitting and occasional bending, twisting, kneeling, use of ladder

**Work **Department**

The Video & Photo Coordinator reports to the Video and Photo Supervisor. They work closely with Park Managers, Duty Managers, and Team Leaders. They provide direct leadership to all Sales Associates. Communication with partnering third-party media company may be required.

**Work Schedule**

This is a full-time, seasonal role that requires a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business. This includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. The peak season typically runs from May to mid/late September.

**Rate of Pay**: $19.50
