**The Opportunity**
We have an immediate opportunity for a full-time **Inside Sales/Customer Service.**
Be the voice of IPC to our customer base - representing the company in a professional manner.
Generate and transfer proper Work Order documentation for all received Purchase Orders.
Maintain communication link between customers, sales and production.
Provide technical information regarding customer inquiries, provide timely updates on customer orders as they progress through our system.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Obtain and clarify Purchase Orders received from customers.
- Generate Work Orders with accurate and concise instructions.
- Provide quotes and answers to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Interact with customers on order status and any delivery issues.
- Interact with outside sales, production team and expeditor to ensure accurate responses to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Quotation follow-ups.
- Cover incoming calls when office administration is away.

**Working Conditions**
Work primarily occurs in the sales office, with frequent trips into the plant. The environment can be noisy and dusty. Common daily work hazards include overhead cranes, forklift and yard traffic. Steel-toed footwear is required in all process areas. All other PPE will be supplied. Standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
**Benefits**
- Salary range is from $45,000 to 55,000 annually and is commensurate with experience
- IPC offers a competitive compensation package that includes health, dental, vision and group Insurance, vacation, and personal days
