Le segment d’affaires Solutions de distribution est chef de file dans le domaine des solutions de distribution d’énergie, offrant des innovations et des services d’avant-garde pour la distribution de l’électricité. Énoncé de mission: Responsable de la vente de produits, systèmes et services au sein d'un marché désigné conformément à la stratégie. Établir des relations à long terme avec les clients et gérer la résolution des problèmes et besoins particuliers des clients. Déterminer et développer les occasions de vente. Mettre l'accent sur la satisfaction des clients, le partage de portefeuille et la rentabilité.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Comprendre les principaux facteurs de l'environnement commercial régional et déterminer les meilleures occasions pour ABB. Exécuter le plan de marketing et l'harmoniser à la stratégie locale.
- Définir les objectifs d'affaires pour le territoire désigné et tenir compte des objectifs à court, moyen et long terme.
- Préparer les plans de vente pour la région et harmoniser le plan de marketing national aux catalyseurs du marché local. Utiliser la stratégie de l'équipe de capture pour les projets clés.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de marketing pour mettre en œuvre le plan de marketing. Offrir son avis quant au développement de produits potentiels et aux objectifs de vente.
- Collaborer avec les autres divisions d'ABB pour augmenter la portée et saisir plus d'occasions d'affaires. Utiliser les outils à sa disposition pour collaborer (CRM, CTS, autres).
- Gérer efficacement le processus de vente et prendre les mesures nécessaires pour mener les projets à terme. Saisir et préserver les données exactes dans l'outil CRM.
- Travailler auprès d'une clientèle diversifiée (industrie. distributeurs, constructeurs de tableaux, fabricants d'équipement d'origine, entrepreneurs, firmes d'ingénierie, d'approvisionnement et de construction).

**Votre parcours professionnel**:

- Baccalauréat d’une université ou d'un collège accrédité.
- Au moins 5 années d'expérience de vente dans l'industrie de l'électricité.
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite (en anglais).
- Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles et en leadership.
- Capacité de voyager.
