The Driving Force Group of Companies is now hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our inclusive, energetic, and dynamic team. The Digital Marketing Specialist is a pivotal part of our marketing team, responsible for developing, executing and reporting for online campaigns that support a sustained pipeline of quality leads and build awareness among target audiences. This is a Permanent Full-Time position working out of our corporate office in Edmonton, AB.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on ad performance - impressions, clicks, leads and conversions, etc.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to plan and manage our campaign calendar
- Identify trends and relevant technologies to our industry
- Support online inventory management - website, automotive portals
- Automotive vendor and 3rd party site booking management

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in digital marketing or related field
- One to three years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience in automotive industry is considered an asset
- Demonstrated success with digital campaigns
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Strong project modelling, management and decision making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience working within a budget
- Valid Driver’s License and Driver’s Abstract acceptable to TDF Group’s Driver and Vehicle Safety Program for the ability to drive company vehicles
- Pre-hire Criminal Security Clearance and Credit Check are required
