Le Key Holder est responsable de soutenir le gérant au niveau des plans stratégiques associés à la croissance globale de la boutique. Assister dans les opérations quotidiennes tout en maximisant les ventes. Diriger et superviser l'équipe pour promouvoir la marque et les valeurs auprès de nos clients.

Responsabilités principales:
Ventes et service à la clientèle:

- Assurer l'atteinte d'objectifs de ventes et de service fixés pour la boutique
- Maximiser la vente grâce à l'éducation, la connaissance produits et les standards de service.
- Diriger l'équipe par l'exemple dans le service et la vente.
- Offrir un service exceptionnel autant à nos clients existants qu'à nos clients potentiels
- Motiver et coacher l'équipe pour offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnelle en accord avec notre image et notre positionnement premium

Gestion d'équipe:

- Gérer les quarts pour assurer que l'équipe soit préparée et prête à travailler et communiquer les informations pertinentes au début et à la fin de chaque quart
- Superviser et répondre aux besoins organisationnels quotidiens de la boutique incluant, mais ne se limitant pas à la propreté du magasin, le réapprovisionnement des stocks, la formation du personnel sur les techniques de ventes, le service à la clientèle, le marchandisage et la connaissance des produits
- Soutenir le Gérant de la boutique dans la réalisation de programmes de la compagnie en travaillant directement avec l'équipe pour exécuter des plans d'action qui rencontrent les objectifs opérationnels et organisationnels.

Gestion d'argent et de stock:

- Superviser et mettre en œuvre les politiques de gestion d'argent et des procédures de dépôt
- Analyser en partenariat avec le Gérant de la boutique les performances de ventes et les besoins d'inventaire, incluant le suivi des budgets d'achat et de dépense
- Gérer tout le matériel POS
- Gérer tous les problèmes liés au service après-ventes et les demandes des clients
- Garantir que tous les présentoirs du plancher soient remplis en tout temps.

Formation et Coaching:

- Maintenir ses connaissances à jour sur les produits et les standards de service
- Évaluer continuellement la qualité du service et donner un feedback individuel à l'équipe

This position is responsible for assisting Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by the management team. Provide superior customer service standards and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business. Execute short and long term plans to achieve goals in support of the store's business strategy. Responsible for product and brand image presentation while maintaining a neat and organized store.

Job Responsibilities
- Regular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts
- Assist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Perform open and close procedures for the store
- Provide training to new store employees
- Effectively execute visual directives, education selling tools and customer service standards
- Utilize resources, eliminate roadblocks and drive process improvement
- Intermittent supervision required

Experience
- 2+ years of specialty retail store experience
- Working knowledge of store operation procedures
- Highly resourceful, flexible and ability to solve problems in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Ability to speak both French and English an asset
