**Votre mission**

Superviser les activités de gestion des contrats associées aux fournisseurs clés/critiques et aux sous-traitants, y compris la défense et la construction de réclamations visant à protéger les intérêts, les droits, les droits et les recours d’Alstom, par l’identification précoce et l’atténuation des risques associés aux fournisseurs/sous-traitants.

Assurer l’optimisation des ressources et l’assimilation harmonieuse du développement des fournisseurs clés, des livraisons et du soutien aux projets.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Coordination et collaboration constantes avec la PrCM et l’équipe de projet pour assurer l’alignement du projet et des fournisseurs clés/critiques et des sous-traitants dans la phase d’exécution
- Gestion proactive des réclamations pour recouvrer les coûts et/ou le recouvrement des dommages-intérêts/pénalités en cas de défaut contractuel
- Identifier et surveiller les risques et les opportunités et suggérer des stratégies d’atténuation ou de capitalisation avec les fournisseurs clés/critiques et les sous-traitants pendant l’exécution du projet.
- Coordonner la construction du dossier de réclamation défensive et offensive avec des informations/preuves (collecte d’informations d’approvisionnement, techniques, qualité, coût, informations sur la chaîne d’approvisionnement, etc.) En particulier, le CSMC doit faire participer le gestionnaire de la planification dès le départ pour les questions liées à l’analyse des retards et à l’analyse de la fin de journée et le gestionnaire financier pour les questions liées à l’évaluation des coûts.
- Définir la stratégie de réclamation avec l’équipe de projet et l’équipe Sourçage, diriger la négociation de la réclamation, rédiger et obtenir les examens/approbations requis de l’accord de règlement ou de l’ordre de modification
- Conduire de manière proactive la progression de la réclamation jusqu’à la clôture
- S’assurer que les lettres de réclamation à envoyer au fournisseur contiennent le contenu approprié et sont examinées/approuvées pour en vérifier l’exactitude et la légalité
- Agir à titre de coordonnateur pour le représentant légal au besoin
- Réaliser les rapports de réclamations requis de manière précise et opportune dans les KPI de gestion des contrats
- Disponible pour voyager 50% du temps

**Profil désiré**
- _Un diplôme en _droit, ingénierie, finance, technique, achats/achats, économie ou sciences commercia_les
- Connaissance/compréhension de la gestion des contrats et du droit commercial
- Connaissance de la gestion des contrats fournisseurs/de la gestion des sous-contrats
- Établissement de relations et esprit d’équipe
- Style de gestion proactive
- Compétences avancées en communication écrite et orale
- Capacité de comprendre les rapports financiers et d’élaborer des stratégies d’administration et d’action des contrats qui en découlent
- Capacité de comprendre et d’évaluer la viabilité, la conformité et/ou les exigences des exigences techniques

YOUR MISSION:
To drive Key Suppliers and Subcontractors Contract Management activities to ensure timely and proper performance of obligations of the Parties, including defending claims and building claims to defend Alstom’s interests, rights, entitlements and remedies by early identification and mitigation of risks with suppliers and subcontractors and ensure proper execution of the Project with profitability. Ensuring value for money and seamless assimilation of Key Supplier development(s), deliveries and support to Projects

RESPONSABILITIES:

- Contribution to and implementation of CMSP from Key/Critical Supplier and Subcontractor/Subcontractor perspective
- Supporting Sourcing and Project teams to ensuring timely notifications with Key/Critical Supplier and Subcontractors
- Measurement of Claim Recovery and Claim avoidance through Contract Management KPIs
- Preserving Alstom’s rights and entitlements as provided in Contracts with suppliers and subcontractors and ensure those parties fulfil their contractual obligations
- Protect Project profitability by proactive Contract management of Key/Critical Supplier and Subcontractor/Subcontractor
