Reporting to the Associate Growth Manager you will join a Toronto-based growth marketing team that is talented and driven. **Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for**
- Help drive customer acquisition goals for our outside sales / in-person / event-based marketing
- Be part of a team that helps manage a network of 100+ sales-focused brand ambassadors in major Canadian markets (via agencies)
- Book, plan, and coordinate HelloFresh presence at events, malls, and other in-person opportunities
- Help manage vendor and agency relationships
- Be the face of HelloFresh to brand ambassadors and coordinators across Canada with the goal of sustaining motivated and enthusiastic representatives in major markets.
- Be a part of a like-minded team that steps in to support with campaign execution when the need arises
- Help manage critical operations including voucher creation, invoicing and cost log
- Work alongside analytical thinkers and assist in tracking, analyzing, reporting on, and presenting results
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive offerings
- Continuously look for new opportunities and push through new thinking and ideas that can help the business grow
- All other duties, as assigned

**Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for**
- 1-2 years marketing experience or education
- 1+ years in field sales / event management is plus
- Willingness to travel to and from events
- An organized project manager and planner
- A team player that motivates and energizes others
- Eager to incorporate data into planning, branding, and selling. You are data-driven and curious/analytical by nature
- A confident communicator and presenter who is always keen on using data to support your perspectives. You are a comfortable communicator that can connect with audiences
- The ability to move fast individually, but also understand that building good processes can help everyone move faster.
- Entrepreneurial and fast moving with the ability to pivot when faced with a challenge. You’re a self-starter who takes initiative, you are able to articulate challenges and problems, moving quickly to find impactful solutions
- You are kind, professional, passionate, and hungry to learn
- Marketing agency experience is a plus
- Bilingual (French) is a plus
