WirSys is a growing technology company specializing in IC design and wireless systems. We are seeking a proactive, resultsoriented Business Development and Marketing Manager to drive our growth strategy, foster strong client relationships, and enhance our market presence.
**Strategic Growth and Market Expansion**
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and client engagement.
- Leverage digital channels (SEO, content marketing, social media) to connect with target audiences.
- Identify opportunities for growth through new partnerships, client acquisition, and regional expansions.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral and manage WirSys’s online presence.
- Create a roadmap for future market entry into Southeast Asia, including analysis of potential challenges and opportunities.
**Collaboration and Communication**
- Align business development and marketing initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with technical staff to ensure services are effectively represented in client-facing materials.
- Represent WirSys at industry events and networking opportunities.
**Market Research and Insights**
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, including progress toward goals.
- Utilize analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to extract actionable insights and guide strategic decisions.
**Education and Expertise**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s in Marketing, Business Analytics, or Business Computing) or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- Specialization in Digital Marketing and International Business will be considered a significant asset.
**Professional Experience**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, marketing and strategic planning marketingmanagement, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proven success in driving business growth through targeted strategies, innovative marketing approaches, and a strong focus on client acquisition and relationship management.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, utilizing SEO, social media, content marketing, and digital analytics to reach and engage key audiences.
- Skilled in strategic planning and market analysis, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and implement data-driven growth strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Hands-on experience in client acquisition, negotiation, and contract management, with a track record of closing deals and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with technical aspects of the technology industry, including wireless systems and IC design, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams and translation of complex solutions into client-focused value propositions.
