**En quoi consiste l’emploi?**

Le conseiller, Services aux entreprises, en poste dans le Centre de conseils, offre des services bancaires avec professionnalisme, attention et précision à nos clients dans un centre de contact. Vous répondrez aux clients tout en leur offrant un service à valeur ajoutée de manière proactive, notamment en prodiguant des conseils numériques, en recherchant des occasions d’affaires et en assumant personnellement la responsabilité de résoudre leurs problèmes. Vous veillerez à ce que les clients bénéficient d’un service optimal qui répond à leurs besoins, en vous souciant constamment de l’expérience client. Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein, axé sur les quarts de travail, avec la flexibilité et la possibilité de travailler à domicile et/ou au centre de conseils.

**Quelles seront vos tâches ?**
- Fournir, avec professionnalisme, des conseils financiers aux entreprises clientes, nouvelles ou existantes.
- Recommander des produits et des services ou renseigner les clients pour répondre à leurs besoins financiers actuels et futurs.
- Appuyer vos recommandations de produits et de services (aux particuliers ou aux entreprises) grâce à des renseignements faciles à comprendre et les convertir en valeur qui répond aux besoins mentionnés par le client.
- Gérer les activités relatives aux risques et aux règles de conformité lors du traitement des opérations.
- Développer vos compétences en fournissant des conseils pertinents aux clients pour répondre à leurs besoins en matière de dépôt, de gestion des liquidités et de traitement des paiements.
- Démontrer votre engagement dans la résolution au premier appel, c'est-à-dire prendre en charge les problèmes des clients au premier point de contact.
- Inviter et aider les clients à utiliser les technologies numériques libre-service.

**Que vous faut-il pour réussir ?**
**Compétences essentielles**
- Aptitudes manifestes pour la vente et le service à la clientèle, de préférence dans le secteur des finances ou du service et capacité à réussir au sein d’une culture axée sur les clients et les objectifs
- Aptitude pour l’écoute, la création de liens et la recherche des bonnes solutions pour les clients.
- Attitude exemplaire au téléphone, connaissance des technologies de l’information ainsi que des technologies numériques et aptitudes pour mener plusieurs tâches de front et résoudre des problèmes
- Bilingue Français et Anglais (oral et écrit) - la maîtrise de l’anglais est requise afin de servir nos clients dans les communautés anglophones
- Flexibilité de travailler selon des horaires variés pour répondre aux besoins de nos clients: du lundi au vendredi de 7 h à 23 h (HE), le samedi de 7 h à 22 h (HE) et le dimanche de 8 h à 22 h (HE)
