We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enrollment Advisor to join our global university sales team. As an Enrollment Advisor, for one of the world’s most innovative university groups you will be responsible for contacting leads, engaging with potential students, and providing them with information about our degrees. You will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to leads located in Canada a
  • Engage with leads in a professional and persuasive manner, promoting the benefits of our educational programs
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the enrollment process, program offerings, and tuition fees.
  • Follow up on leads promptly and persistently, using various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
  • Utilize HubSpot and other relevant tools to manage leads, track communication, and update lead status.
  • Collaborate closely with the Enrollment Team to ensure a seamless transition for enrolled students.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our programs, curriculum, and admission requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed enrollment targets and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the unique advantages of our educational programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing student inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or customer service
  • Education sector sales experience is a must
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong persuasive skills and objection handling
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet daily targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or similar tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed goals
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential students
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs
