We are a dynamic and fast-paced company looking for a Creative Assistant to help develop our video devision to start. The position will be part-time to begin, but could easily progress to full time if things are working out well.

We are looking for someone to work closely with the Creative Director and handle a variety of different tasks including simple video editing for socials, shooting simple video, organization of video shoots, casting and many things related to production of high-volume, short-form videos for social media.
*Someone with good social media management skills would be an asset.

Some days there will be a lot of editing, and some days we will be casting and shooting clips. This position will be interesting and creative but there will also be some repetitive tasks.

Most of the work can be done remotely, however there will be some days, especially during the training period, where in-person work will be preferred.
(As well as on some video shoot days, in-person will be required.)

We are looking for someone eager to get their foot in the door, who is adaptable and organized, who can work autonomously, but is also willing to work as a team.

Entry-level position.
No degree required, but doesn't hurt.
Must be living in Montreal.

Beneficial skills include:

- Experience with Adobe Premier Pro or similar editing software
- Knowledge of Mac operating systems
- Experience with Adobe products like Illustrator and Photoshop
- Working knowledge of Canva
- Familiarity with Google products such as Google Slides and Google Sheets
- Generally good with tech and video, shooting, formatting etc.
- Social media knowledge
- Organized
- Self-motivated
- Curious
- Friendly
