**Position overview**

We have permanent full-time opportunity for a **Manager, Commercial Marketing** in the Marketing, Partnerships and Advertising department and will be reporting to the Director, Marketing, Partnerships and Advertising.

YVR is a hub of economic activity, and this key role will work across numerous departments to increase non aeronautical revenue, grow brand affinity in alignment with our strategic objectives and tell the story of YVR to passengers and guests traveling through YVR.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Ensure consistency across all YVR’s brand touchpoints, establishing, and refining brand standards and communicating to all relevant stakeholder groups.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create partnership opportunities that engage passengers and guests.
- Leverage marketing opportunities with retail partners, building on existing plans and creating new ones to increase non
- aeronautical revenue.
- Executing an integrated commercial marketing strategy and ensuring relevant KPI’s for each project and the department are exceeded.
- Lead a team of 4-6 and manage external partners, contractors and agencies as required.
- Lead projects from major sporting events to seasonal terminal activations, creating impact and increasing moments of delight for passengers and guests at the airport.

***Key qualifications include**:

- Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. Master’s degree is an asset.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant, progressive leadership and management experience.
- Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with a team of high-performing peers.
- Strong marketing expertise with a keen understanding of trends in consumer, tourism, and destination marketing.
- Proven ability to work independently, while meeting deadlines and performance targets.
- Proven record of being highly organized and developing comprehensive marketing plans with a variety of industry partners.
- Aligned with YVR’s values, service oriented and highly motivated.

Performance-Based Incentive: Eligible for an annual bonus target at 15% of your annual salary.

**Salary Range **:$100,640 to $144,670 per annum, based on 37.5-hour work week. This is individually tailored to reflect your unique experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Performance-Based Incentive: Eligible for an annual bonus target at 15% of your annual salary.
