Commercial Property Marketing Specialist

The successful candidate will provide reliable, timely support to the sales team by executing marketing strategies, developing promotional materials, and managing social media engagement. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with industry leaders, stay up-to-date on the latest market trends, and contribute to shaping the future of commercial real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans, including content creation, email campaigns, social media management, and event coordination;
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to develop brochures, presentations, proposals, and other business development materials;
- Manage local market tactics, coordinate photography and videography, and develop email campaigns using Eloqua;
- Host broker open houses, staff events, and manage vendors as needed;
- Maintain required competencies around software tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office, and others;
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Design (or related field) or equivalent experience preferred;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the commercial real estate industry;
- Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator proficiency required;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Able to maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions;
