**How You'll Make An Impact**

Reporting into the America's Regional Marketing Director, this person will work closely with the Boomi demand generation, regional sales, partner marketing, and global event teams.

This person is responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy - from making budget recommendations to informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Boomi's product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing.

**What You'll Do**
- Working with local sales leadership develop and manage the execution of the go-to-market plans for the America's Commercial Business
- Execution of Demand Generation Campaigns and local industry marketing
- Collaboration with Partner Marketing including local SI's
- Execution of local events, including trade shows, third party events, Boomi proprietary events, local customer user groups and hospitality
- Act as the "single point of contact" for Boomi Marketing, representing the full marketing plan that touches the segment regardless of ownership of execution

**The Experience You Bring**
- 7+ years of experience in a Field Marketing role
- Educated to degree level or similar with strong commercial skills
- Both end user and partner marketing experience
- Experience of managing budgets
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to communicate at a professional level of fluency in English

**Desirable Requirements**
- Experience managing a small team beneficial but not essential

**Compensation**

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position ranges from $114,500- $143,000 CAD annually
