**The Opportunity**:
The Operations Excellence Administrator is responsible for supporting the Operational Excellence team with the development, implementation and administration of company-wide programs and initiatives designed to advance BGO’s best-in-class service offering in the commercial real estate industry.

**What You Will Do**:
**Administration**
- Assist with department communication and documents as required, including writing, proofreading and editing for various projects.
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls for leadership meetings and other programs/projects. as needed.
- Monitor the Operational Excellence general shared mailbox and respond to queries. Refer to or coordinate with other departments as required. Provide excellent service to internal customers.
- Maintain and monitor processes supporting vendor compliance, including periodic reports, vendor follow-up, Best Practices, and reporting bulletins.
- Coordinate with Operational Excellence team members to ensure a consistent, high quality and professional end-product.
- Communicate with property and project personnel on behalf of Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Support annual property budget process.
- Embrace and pro-actively support BGO’s Culture Code.
- Embrace and pro-actively support BGO’s culture of environmental sustainability, and corporate and social responsibility.
- Other administrative or project-related duties as may be required.

**Programs & Initiatives**
- Manage and maintain the Operational Excellence information portal, including structure, organization, and data.
- Review and support continually evolving programs to deliver operational excellence.
- Support and maintain Emergency Preparedness, and National Pandemic Planning activities and documentation. Coordinate and support annual/semi-annual table-top security review sessions.
- Maintain the contract inventory, including a reliable system to effect and track approved contract changes.
- Support national procurement and purchasing program activities. Support national tender processes as required.

**Who You Are**:

- **Experience**: 5+ years of related Property Administration or equivalent experience. Proven ability to manage or support programs, deploying set standards, procedures and policies. Experience with training tools (UKG, LMS) is an asset. Must have general accounting knowledge.
- **Education**: Post-secondary degree or diploma required, or equivalent in related work experience. Committed to developing new industry, product and market knowledge.
- **Communication & Relationship Skills**: Superior oral and written communication and presentation skills; meticulous attention to detail in presentation materials, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; must be able to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with support staff, senior management, clients, property personnel and tenants, contractors and the public; able to partner with clients to meet client needs; able to exercise confidentiality; self-motivated; professional and flexible; committed team player with a consensus-building approach.
- **Organizational/Time Management Skills**:Strong organizational, time-management and multi-tasking skills; able to allocate one’s time effectively, work under pressure and manage tight deadlines; able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities; able to adapt to new ideas and constant changes; able to cope with changing client needs to deliver successful results within agreed upon timeframes; detail oriented; demonstrated ability to develop project plans and achieve required results on time and on budget.
