About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Coordinator to support our team in providing exceptional services to our clients. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and ensuring seamless office operations.
You will work closely with our team to establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met. Additionally, you will coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Your attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and managing inventory and budgetary controls. You will also play a key role in assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be expected to resolve conflict situations and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week. The salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.
