Bantrel Infrastructure will work in a Delivery Partner role within an integrated team with the customer organization for a Subway Project in Toronto, Ontario. The project scope includes the design build, operations and maintenance of all infrastructure and rail systems associated with 15 stations and over 15km of new alignment, being performed by three key PPP Contractors and five advanced early works (EAW) packages Contractors. Bechtel form the key component of the overall leadership team, having delivery partner responsibilities supported by two other components, Technical Advisor (TA) and Program Controls Services Consultant (PCSC).

**Job Description**:
**Location: Toronto, ON**
Located at the Metrolinx Office at 2 Queen St East in Toronto, The Document Coordinator (DC) will be responsible for the North Contracts and other OLTA deliverables for North Civil area and other projects along the full corridor of the OL. The DC will work closely with the OLTA’s Team on matters such as, training on correct use of the project’s Document Management Tools, setting quality expectations for revision control, proper titling, ensuring completeness of their submissions, correct references to the Work Breakdown Structure, file naming and document numbering as well as the importance of turnaround times for resubmissions etc. Upon completion of the OLTA developed designs, the DC will continue in the North area to manage the Contractors submittals.
**Duties & Responsibilities include**:
- Ensure the OLTA/ Contractor adhere to the overarching Document Management procedure.
- Assist in the maintenance of the Distribution Matrix for submission from OLTA/ Contractor
- Provide guidance to OLTA/ Contractor with initial submissions
- Process all incoming and outgoing documents from OLTA/ Contractor in a timely manner
- Perform prescribed Quality Assurance & Check (QA/QC) on all submissions
- Interface with internal and external customers on a routine basis in the resolution of questions or problems
- Circulate documents for review according to review process indicated in the PA
- Conduct periodic audits of OLTA/ Contractor submissions and communicate overdue submissions
- Conduct Bi-Weekly Meeting with OLTA/ Contractor DMT to ensure compliance to master deliverables register
- Assemble information, such as status reports, for supervisor, other departments, or project personnel
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 Years’ Document Management experience
- Experience with document control and associated work processes
- Knowledge of technical vocabularies and terminology common to the assignment
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment and deal with pressure in a professional manner
- Proficient with and experienced using document control software such as Excel, Unifier, SharePoint, Aconex and ProjectWise.
- Must be proactive, use individual initiative, follow assignments through to completion, and be attentive to detail, quality control and deadlines.
