**Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Work closely with Account Executives in the day to day interaction with end user accounts, as well as the development and on boarding of new clients
Participate in or lead client meetings and presentations
- Identify and submit opportunity registrations when applicable along with noting potential rebates provided by Vendor Management and Account Executive and submitting claims as required
- Source product from manufacturers and distributors, obtaining current lead times and availability
- Preparation of quotations using SPS templates as required along with processing sales orders in SPS according to company guidelines
- Complete and renew all applicable sales certifications
- Assist in coordinating and quoting any logístical requests, working with service providers to fulfill client requests
- Responsible for initiating all product returns within assigned territory
- Create reports as needed for the sales team
- Recommend opportunities for operational and process improvement within the Inside Sales role

**What you need to succeed**:
**Must have**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support position
- Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment while functioning well under pressure

**Nice-to-have**:

- Bachelor's degree or College diploma
- Experience in Salesforce or other sales support roles
