This behind the scenes position will work closely with TAG's media production company, Moment Factory, to lead the delivery of the multimedia light walk Vallea Lumina.

This hands-on role ensures pre-recorded content is reproduced accurately on all sound, light and video output devices and diagnoses high level technical faults on show control playback equipment and related infrastructure during live shows. The position is responsible for the inventory management plan and working with contractors for all maintenance and repairs keeping within budget.

Leading the A/V tech team, you will provide training, feedback and support to ensure the efficient running of A/V activities and promote a strong relationship with other TAG teams.

**What we are looking for**:

- 5 years work experience with A/V equipment and control devices
- Leadership skills and experience supervising a team
- Be able to think outside the box and develop effective work practices and efficiencies
- Good computer skills and be able to use various software programs
- Service orientation: committed and driven to provide a high level of service to all stakeholders
- Flexible and adaptable - every day is different
- Good knowledge and experience with various hand tools
- Positive attitude, openness to learn and grow skills and willing to help the TAG team as a whole.Able to work outside in all weather conditions, be mobile and on your feet for the majority of shifts, able to lift 30 lbs and comfortable working on ladders
