The Role:
Here at Vallea Lumina we aim to provide a quality and unique multi-media experience of an immersive walk through the forest. With an inspiring story designed by Moment Factory, we are looking for someone to join our in-house AV team.
As an AV Supervisor your role is to lead our AV team and ensure the ongoing maintenance and operation of a high end instillation, operating year round. You will be the first point of call for all technical issues, so the ability to troubleshoot issues with audio, lighting and visual components of the course is necessary.
Responsibilities:
Leadership qualities and experience leading a team of colleagues. Stocktake and purchasing consumables needed for the operation and maintenance of equipment. Communication with Management and Moment Factory in planning for re-instillation between winter and summer seasons. Maintenance and Operation of the AV components at Vallea Lumina. Validation of the show before opening each night. Care and cleaning of all equipment. Identifying and repairing any damaged equipment. Ensuring customer satisfaction through creative quality control and attention to detail.Requirements:
5 years experience in AV or similar roles. Strong knowledge and understanding of audio, lighting and video equipment. Ability to effectively problem solve and understand signal flow. Available on weekends. Ability to work safely on ladders and at heights. Flexible work hours, willing to work late hours. Drivers Licence.Wage and Team Perks:
