**Crew Control Manager **and will be located in
**Toronto, ON**.

**What You’ll Do**:

- The Crew Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring the status of flights and crew during daily operations.
- While on duty, the position reports to the Crew Control Manager for operational requirements and delegates the workload of the Crew Schedulers.
- The incumbent will be responsible for complex schedule changes and recovery plan implementation above the scope of the Crew Scheduler.
- Organize and delegate workload for Crew Schedulers to ensure the timely staffing of flights, checklist items are being completed, and other obligations are being met.
- Review work to ensure departmental compliance including spot checking the validation report, monitoring the irregularities screen, and following up with Crew Schedulers.
- Monitor daily flights for delay potential, set up delays in the system, and ensure notifications to crew are being completed.
- Advise and instruct Crew Schedulers of corrections when errors are identified.
- Advise Crew Control Manager of continuous performance issues.
- Escalate and communicate operational issues to Crew Control Manager as required.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Experience in Crew Scheduling operations and procedures.
- Thorough knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations relating to Airline Operations (Division III)
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
