**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Collaborate closely with the business to understand and scope business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Configure key revenue systems (primarily Salesforce) and workflows to meet business objectives and needs
- Provide day-to-day technical support for the revenue teams via help desk tickets
- Define, scope, test, and implement operational revenue improvement projects, including prioritization and release large-scale updates that scale with the growth of the business.
- Identify existing workflows and processes gaps within our processes and tech stack while working cross-functionally with end-users, RevOps, and IT to continuously improve
- Create and maintain process and technical documentation that allows for future-proofing solutions and processes
- Collaborate with the greater Revenue Operations team to deliver end-to-end solutions that support the key objectives of our go-to-market strategy
- Stay current on the latest tech stack features, updates, and best practices

**What You'll Bring to the Team**:

- 2+ years in sales/revenue operations role, managing or administering technology for GTM team
- Certification in Salesforce Administration. Salesforce experience and capability are considered strong assets, additional certifications are a plus.
- Experience with other sales tools (LeanData, Outreach, Gong, etc.) are a plus
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity. Previous experience in a SaaS organization is an asset.
- Impeccable time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We have Hub Regions spanning across Canada, UK, and India, which means that employees live and work remotely within a 300 KM radius of Toronto (within Ontario),Vancouver (within British Columbia), Ahmedabad (within Gujarat), Pune (within Maharashtra), and London (UK) and work within regular business hours in their timezone.
