**JOB DESCRIPTION - MARKETING MANAGER - JC GREEN**

**ABOUT US**

JC Green, based out of Thorndale, ON is a family founded and operated LP with a focus on giving back to our local community, helping develop the next generation of cannabis cultivators and farmers, and of course produce the best value craft flower the market has seen. Under the Jonny Chronic brand, we continue to grow into new markets while broadening our overall portfolio of flower, pre-rolls and extracts (vapes, infused pre-rolls). We are accomplishing this through effective planning and preparation, in store education, fostering strong relationships, and solution creation with our customers.

**SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**

Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels. Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.

Excellent communication skills

Ability to think creatively and innovatively

Budget-management skills and proficiency

Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field

Experience in the Cannabis Industry an asset

**RESPONSIBILITIES/OBJECTIVES**

Oversee all marketing campaigns for JC Green (Jonny Chronic), reporting on the results of the campaigns

Researching trends and new marketing opportunities

Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective marketing strategies to drive sales

Overseeing social media accounts and websites to engage existing customers; Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones

Coordinating and producing financial documents for advertising campaigns, such as budgets, estimates, and contracts

Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure

Salary considerations dependent on experience.

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
