**Project Coordinator Summary**
We're looking for a Project Coordinator(PC) to join our team The PC works closely with Project and Mitigation managers in supporting all aspects of the restoration process including administration, communication and coordinating resources to exceed established metrics and service level standards. The PC works collaboratively in a fast paced environment, executing on tasks efficiently and with expertise and care. The PC aids in managing the flow of the project and informs key stakeholders through report generation and delivery and written and verbal communication.
**Responsibilities**
- Respond to customers and partners with timely and professional communication that reflects FG’s core values of respect, integrity and accountability.
- In cooperation with the PM, co-ordinate work to be completed by sub trades, review quotes, schedule site inspections, progress inspections and final walk through.
- Utilize provided systems and software to keep projects organized and assist project scheduling
- Manage inbound calls and participate in maintaining project control points in FG’s file management systems.
**Qualifications**
- Highly organized and driven to execute on tasks
- Ability to be agile in adapting to operational and industry changes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in utilizing technology, web-based management platforms and MS Office Suite
- Previous project coordination, insurance industry or construction industry experience is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
