**THE ROLE**
Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Partnerships and Vendor Relationships, the CANEX Marketing Campaign Coordinator will provide support for CANEX Marketplace marketing initiatives and revenue generation, which will require engaging with internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors. They will coordinate the presence of 3rd party vendors and partners at events in CANEX stores and malls on Canadian Armed Forces bases/wings across the country. They will collect, review and proof marketing collateral from Vendors/Partners/Concessions for use in various current and to-be-developed marketing initiatives. They will coordinate pop-up shops and other shop-in-shop activities to drive foot traffic to CANEX stores and malls, working directly with 3rd party and internal CANEX stakeholders. They will research potential new local and national partnerships and provide additional support to build the Vendor Owned Inventory program, delivered through the use of the CANEX No Interest Credit Plan.

**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED** Education, Certifications and Licenses**

College diploma or certificate in business administration, marketing, graphic design, commercial art or graphic communications, or in a related field, AND some years of experience in business, marketing, multimedia, or in a related field.

**Experience**

In office administration

In coordinating design and media projects

In coordinating multi-channel marketing projects

In various disciplines such as content, design, marketing and development

In creating and maintaining schedules for multiple campaigns

In writing, editing and updating correspondence, reports and other documents

In database maintenance

In using design software technologies

In multimedia development

In basic design concepts

In designing print and electronic multimedia material

In a multidisciplinary multimedia environment

In conventional and digital signage

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office (CANEX Headquarters) and partly from a home office in accordance with the _CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy_, and with approval from the direct manager.

The incumbent will not be required to travel.
