**The Job**

Wallack’s is seeking a vibrant Marketing and Events Coordinator to help us spread the joy of art and empower artists far and wide. If you’re passionate about marketing and love the creative world of art, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Whether you’re an artist yourself or simply appreciate the beauty of creativity, we’d love to have you on our team. You will be promoting our brands, products, and services, including art supplies, custom framing, fine art, art classes, gallery exhibitions, and community events.

Here are the key responsibilities for this position:
**1. Event Planning and Execution**
- Plan and coordinate fun and engaging in-store events, online happenings, product launches, art classes, art shows, community gatherings, and promotional activities.
- Logistics Management: Manage all logístical aspects, including venue booking, equipment setup, and staffing.
- Team Player: Work with staff, managers, vendors, sponsors, partners, and teachers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Budget Management: Create and manage event budgets, making sure every dollar is well spent.

**2. Marketing Campaign Development**
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events, products, and our stores.
- SEO and SEM: Optimize online content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns.
- Social Media Strategy: Craft and execute plans to boost brand awareness and engagement on social media.
- Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule posts across various social media platforms.
- Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**4. Brand Management**
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and events reflect Wallack's brand image and messaging.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends, adjusting strategies as needed.

**5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**
- Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases, segmenting audiences for targeted marketing.
- Engagement Programs: Manage loyalty programs and other initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention.

**6. Collaboration and Communication**
- Team Collaborator: Work with multiple departments to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Communicator: Keep management and teams updated on marketing and event activities and performance.

**7. Project Management**
- Timeline Management: Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly address any issues that arise during the planning and execution of campaigns and events.

**8. Vendor and Supplier Relations**
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure the best terms and prices.
- Quality Control: Ensure all materials and services vendors provide meet the company’s standards.

**9. Feedback and Improvement**
- Post-Event Analysis: Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Use insights from past campaigns and events to improve future strategies continuously.
