**What your day will look like**:

- Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Introduce new clients to our service offerings and the value of each one of our services.
- Continuously monitor and maintain clinic organization and cleanliness. This may include regular sanitization of the front desk space, laundry, cleanup of tools and equipment, wipe down of surfaces, replenishment of treatment rooms, and other necessary tasks.
- Assist with ensuring all claims, invoices, transactions are billed, filed and stored appropriately.
- Supervision of all direct administrative functions of the company, including front desk operations and key performance indicators.
- Scheduling and managing a team of administrative staff across two clinic locations.
- Training and onboarding of new administrative staff, providing guidance and support in tasks.
- Participate in regular meetings to ensure progress towards quarterly goals.
- Experience in JaneApp EMR Software
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Notion App is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with multiple team members
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong desire to learn with the ability to be accountable for their work.
- Ability to work independently and problem solve through issues.
- Fluent in English.

**Additional information**
- Scheduling: Full-time positions open. Must be available to work weekends.
- Benefits: Extended health benefits, Life insurance, on-site gym, monthly wellness appointments.
- Location: Surrey and Coquitlam (Managing both offices)
- Start date: July 2024

Pay: From $27.45 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-07-08
