Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including Health and Safety, training development and data entry
**Responsibilities**:
- Plans, develops and implements organization policies & procedures, employment guidelines and goals
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Health and Safety: Champion for the Health & Safety Program. Develop, promote, implement and maintain all health & safety projects, programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, orientations, and training sessions
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Support the development and implementation of training programs
- Assist with employee relations matters and investigations as needed
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in human resources or related role
- Health and safety knowledge and understanding of processes, policies and procedures.
- Thorough knowledge of all relevant Federal, Provincial and local requirements regarding financial records, pension, and the like is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
